When PVC resin is processed into PVC products, many additives need to be added during the processing, such as heat stabilizers, lubricants, processing aids, impact modifiers, pigments and fillers.
Heat stabilizers are mainly used to prevent the thermal decomposition of PVC resin during the processing of PVC products. We can provide organic tin and calcium zinc heat stabilizers. Organic Tin stabilizer is more suitable for rigid PVC products, such as transparent calendered sheet, blowing film, transparent pipe and fitting, etc. It is also very suitable for use in CPVC formulation systems.
Calcium Zinc is more suitable for flexible PVC products, such as soft door curtain, crystal plate, foot pad, shoes, toys, wire & cable, and of course, can also be used for rigid non-transparent pipe,fitting, profile and foamed board.
